Instant Cashflow
Brad Sugars

This is a must read for all business leaders and owners. It covers the business chassis and lists literally dozens of strategies to deploy to build your business. Whoever wrote this, I suspect it was not the eponymous Brad Sugars, one of the least admirable and attractive of his genre, has done a great job in providing a how to for business owners. Read it.
The E Myth Revisited
Michael Gerber

Another must read for the business owner. The subtitle says it all, “Why most small businesses don’t work, and what to do about it”. Gerber has long been regarded as the guru of the SME. Many people who have read it can see their own story in the central narrative. Essential.
The One Minute Manager
K. Blanchard & S. Johnson

Probably the best book I have ever read on management. Don’t let the fact that it is a very slim and apparently simple book blind you to the depth and wisdom it contains. For a long time this has been a litmus test for me to test whether individuals “get” management. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
The Leader Who Had No Title
Robin Sharma

I rate Robin Sharma very highly and would recommend any of his titles. They all deal with similar themes. This book released in 2010 is simply brilliant. It deals with the concept of leadership, excellence and responsibility. Easy and compelling to read.
Yes, Attitude
Jeffrey Gitomer

This easy and inspiring book is great for improving mindset. Gitomer is one of the most positive and energetic people I have come across. I keep several copies of this book in places where I can reach for it if I need a quick shot of positivity and enthusiasm.
The Little Red Book of Selling
Jeffrey Gitomer

I describe Gitomer as the second best sales coach. His style is open, funny, abrasive and effective. He is the only man to survive calling me baldy. If you want to know about selling, about making people want to buy this is the man to read.
Little Red Book of Sales Answers
Jeffrey Gitomer

Another of Gitomer’s easy to read, easy to understand and easy to implement gems. Can be read sporadically to get you in the selling zone.
Leading At A Higher Level
Ken Blanchard

This is a bigger book than the one minute series and more of a text book although it does pull together many of the theories proposed in the one minute series. I feel this is a brilliant how to manual for those aspiring to lead at a higher level.
