How Business Coaching Works
The moment you commit to Business Coaching we will arrange a formal structured business diagnostic with you.
This meeting can take anywhere from two hours to half a day.
During this meeting, and using the business models that we have developed we will establish three things
1. Where you are right now. What is working for you, and what is not? What you have tried and what you have not yet tried? What you are doing and what you aren’t. These will form our start point.
2. Where you want to be. We will try to be as specific as we can with this by asking what sort of business you are trying to develop. What profit you want to earn, what value you want the business to be and also what you the Business Leader wants. For instance how many hours do you want to work, what do you want to take out of the business, not only in terms of money but also in terms of pleasure and satisfaction.
3. Ultimately this will lead to the production of a roadmap or plan to get you and the business from where you are to where you want to be.
This roadmap will form the basis for your development and your business improvement.
If we simply followed the plan then that would be training.
Coaching isn’t training. It is much more powerful than that.
We will work together week on week growing you, the business leader to grow the business.
These weekly sessions establish a rhythm of building awareness, skills and knowledge that you commit to implement in your business every week giving you quantifiable and massive results. It is this unique system of structure whilst using your business as our case study that gives Business Coaching its unique results.
