Helen Forsythe

I started my working career when I was 20 and during that time I spent 9 years with a Chemical Distribution Company – Ellis & Everard (now Univar) where I achieved Sales Negotiator of the Year in 1996. I then moved on to be a PA for the Regional Director of Northumbrian Spring (now Eden). This proved to be a beneficial move as I found a strength within me that I wasn’t previously aware of around caring for people and their surroundings. I realised I am more of a people person than anything and I enjoy dealing with people at all levels. I was rewarded when I was made Employee of the Year in 2004 but unfortunately when the branch was moved to Scotland the team and I were all made redundant.

I started work with Ian and his team in October 2005. I find I am now working within the best team and the best environment since I started working. I enjoy organising our events and looking after our clients and giving them some TLC when they visit.

It is a joy to work here as everyone is always so positive and genuinely interested in improving their businesses and their own personal lives. This has encouraged me to start reading again to help me to develop and grow too.

I am married to John with a daughter Melina. We are a very close knit family and have a circle of good friends, which is very important to all of us. This is also an important value of Team Massive Results.

We are using many of these values at home in our everyday life and believe this is improving our quality of life together. We now believe that so many things are achievable as long as we believe they are and we are prepared to work at them
